- Start by washing all the vegetables including onions and celery. After cleaning and washing them, chop them coarsely. Dice the garlic as well.
- Next, add water to a pot, add the chicken, garlic, black peppercorns and seasonings. Set the heat to medium and bring it to boil. Once boiled, set the heat to low and let it simmer for 2 hours. Make sure the pot is covered.
